And just because…

Congratulations to the Chicago Blackhawks for winning the Stanley Cup. I had no horse in this race and was rooting more for a Flyers loss than a Blackhawks win. I’m glad an Original 6 team won it and Chicago has one of the better logos in all of sports. So that is that. Oh, and I’m really happy that Nick Boynton won a Cup; he was one of my favourites on Boston.

Kane’s game winner was awesome, not just because it won the Cup but because it was a helluva move, shot, and finish. Even more awesome was the confusion on the ice and the DEAFENING silence in the Wachovia Center. Seriously, it was like an entire arena watched on in silenced horror as Barbara Bush streaked across the ice. Hey, it couldn’t happen to a better fan base.

Anyways, in honor of the ‘Hawks lifting up the cup for the first time in a million years, I’m sharing every card I could find in my collection of players on the team. Incidentally, these are all for trade.
